The floor and walls of an office’s water penetration, leak and crack  symbolizes something called “losing money”, so they need to be fixed right away.

Here are some other ideas about feng shui for your offices:

    - The feng shui calculation for your offices should depend on the one who’s got the highest authority.

    - A gate to an office musn’t be opposite to a tower, a chimney or a big stump. And do not put the toilet next to that gate because it would block new jet air that flows into your office, which can influence your luck and your career.

     - Your office’s floor should be. Otherwise, luck won’t be brought to your business, and it also affects ventilation.

     - Stairs should be set up to be opposite to the entry to an office. If not, the jet air that goes away and the one that comes in would conflict, and this is not good for your health and luck.

     - The space behind your office should be static. If there were a hallway and many people going on it at that space, that wouldn’t be good at all. Ideally, your office should be leaned against “a mountain”, which is a solid wall.

    - Offices without windows are particularly bad because jet air can’t get in and go out, which also means that it can’t circulate, so “dead air” can accumulate!

     - Light in the office should be in harmony to the surroundings, natural light is better than electric lights.

     - You’d better know that never put a water lime next to the boss’s room to avoid something called “leaking money”. Also, that room should be leaned on “a mountain” (a wall), so stabilization can form and that is certainly conducive to your business’s development. Besides, if the boss’s desk faces to a toilet, that will affect the whole company’s development.

     - The fortune location is the diagonal corner which is opposite the door into the room. This position needs to be clean and light, remember not to put any ornamental plants and flowers at this place.

     - Desks shouldn’t be put opposite to a toilet and shouldn’t be remained cracking, because that will damage your careers. Desks would be better be made of wood, not metal. There mustn’t be a bar or a hanging lamp above, since that can affect the promotion.

     - Absolutely, there shouldn’t be a window or a door behind a desk, as it’s not safe and can distract your attention. It’s the best to have a corner desk against the wall, but not diagonal form.
